Cookie Policy

Information about the cookies and analytics tools used on www.henrilamy.fr, and how to control them.

Last updated: 20 April 2026

Section 1.

What are cookies.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide usage information to site owners. The www.henrilamy.fr website uses a minimal set of analytics-only cookies — no advertising, tracking, or social media cookies are used.

Section 2.

Cookies and analytics tools we use.

Google Analytics (gtag.js) — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors navigate the site. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (prefixed _ga, _ga_*) to distinguish users and sessions. IP anonymisation is enabled — your full IP address is never sent to Google. These cookies persist for up to 2 years. Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Vercel Analytics — Vercel, our hosting provider, collects aggregated, anonymised performance and traffic metrics. Vercel Analytics does not use persistent cookies; it derives metrics from request data without storing personally identifiable information.

Section 3.

What we do not use.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, social media tracking scripts, or any third-party behavioural profiling tools. The only third-party scripts loaded on the site are Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.

Section 4.

How to opt out.

You can prevent Google Analytics from tracking your visit in several ways:

  • Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera).
  • Use your browser's built-in privacy settings to block or delete cookies. In most modern browsers, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies to manage preferences.
  • Enable "Do Not Track" or use a privacy-focused browser (e.g. Firefox with Enhanced Tracking Protection, Brave) that blocks analytics cookies by default.

Opting out of analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use any part of the site.

Section 5.

Legal basis.

Analytics cookies are deployed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding site usage and improving content (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use cookies that require explicit prior consent under the ePrivacy Directive for the limited analytics purposes described above. If you have questions about this position or wish to object, contact us at contacthenrilamy@gmail.com.

Section 6.

Changes to this policy.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the tools we use or applicable regulations. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change when updates are made.
