By accessing and using www.henrilamy.fr, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use this website.
These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Section 2.
The www.henrilamy.fr website is the personal portfolio of Henri Lamy, a French visual artist and performer. It presents his paintings, capoeira-painting performances, community projects, events, and written posts, and provides a contact channel for artwork enquiries and commissions. The site is operated by Henri Lamy as an individual — it is not a commercial company.
Section 3.
Henri Lamy endeavours to keep the site accessible at all times. However, access may be temporarily interrupted for technical maintenance or reasons beyond his control. He will make reasonable efforts to inform users of planned interruptions in advance.
Section 4.
All content on www.henrilamy.fr — including paintings, photographs, videos, texts, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Henri Lamy or used with authorisation, and is protected by French and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of the site's content, in whole or in part, by any means, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Henri Lamy. Unauthorised use may constitute infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Section 5.
The site is built with Next.js and hosted on Vercel's serverless infrastructure. Henri Lamy is not liable for material damage arising from use of the site, including damage caused by incompatibility, bugs, or equipment that does not meet current browser standards.
Users are responsible for accessing the site with up-to-date equipment and a supported browser, free of viruses or malicious software.
Section 6.
Henri Lamy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from access to or use of the site, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or commercial loss.
The site may contain links to external websites. Henri Lamy has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or availability.
Section 7.
The site provides an enquiry form for artwork and commission requests. Submitting this form sends an email directly to Henri Lamy. It does not create a binding contract. Henri Lamy will respond at his discretion. For GDPR-related requests, see the Privacy Policy.
Section 8.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
